Refund Policy
In one line: you pay for what is delivered. Whatever an order does not deliver comes back to your balance by itself — you never have to ask.
1. Automatic refunds
The price returns to your SMM.vc balance, automatically, in each of these cases:
- The order was refused. The network could not take it — a wrong link, a service that is unavailable at that moment — and nothing was started. The full price comes back at once.
- The order was cancelled by the network. Whatever was not delivered comes back; what was delivered is kept.
- A partial delivery. When a network finishes an order short, the undelivered part is refunded in proportion, as the network reports it.
- A campaign ends with budget unspent. Money set aside for a campaign that it did not use returns the moment the campaign finishes or is stopped.
- We could not place the order. If the order never reached a network, nothing is charged.
Refunds land in your balance, where they are immediately available to spend again. Every one is a line in your Wallet history.
2. When a purchase is not refundable
Once an order has been delivered, the purchase is complete and is not refundable. That is the product: you bought delivery to a link, and it was delivered.
In particular, we do not refund because:
- the platform later removed some of what was delivered (counts can settle over days; services marked with refill cover a drop within their refill window — ask for a refill from the order);
- you pasted the wrong link, chose the wrong service, or ordered more than you meant to;
- the result did not have the effect you hoped for on the platform;
- you changed your mind after delivery started.
Deliveries are made by partner networks and consume real supply that we paid for the moment they start.
3. Cancelling
An order that has not started can be cancelled from your orders list where the service allows it; the full price comes back. Once delivery has started, cancellation is up to the network — some services accept it and refund the undelivered part, some do not. The order page says which.
A campaign can be stopped at any time. Orders it has already placed continue; what it has not spent returns to your balance.
4. Deposits
- Deposits are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms them.
- If you send a different amount than the invoice, we credit the amount actually received, net of the provider's fee shown before you paid.
- A deposit that never confirms is not credited and nothing is taken.
5. Withdrawing unspent balance
Balance is prepaid credit for ordering and is not, by default, withdrawable. If you have an unspent balance and wish to close your account, contact [email protected]. We will consider reasonable requests for the return of unspent funds, subject to:
- verification that you control the account;
- deduction of any network or processing fees;
- our right to refuse where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or use of the service to move money rather than to buy it.
Where you are a consumer with statutory cancellation rights, nothing in this policy limits those rights.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved faster that way, and the automatic refunds above cover most of them. A chargeback or payment dispute opened without contacting us may lead to the account being suspended while it is resolved.
7. Errors on our side
If we make a mistake — an incorrect charge, a duplicate deduction, a refund that failed to apply — tell us and we will correct it. Every adjustment is recorded in your Wallet history with the reason.
8. Getting help
Your account shows every order, every refund and every balance change. If something does not look right, open a ticket from your account or write to [email protected].
