Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It says what you may use SMM.vc for and what you may not. The short version: promote what is yours, do not harm anyone, and the platform's rules are your responsibility.
1. Legitimate uses
- Growing accounts, pages, channels, posts and websites you own or are authorised to promote.
- Reselling the Service to your own customers through the API, under the same rules.
- Testing and research on your own properties.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- promote content that is unlawful where it is published or where you are — including content that infringes copyright or trademark, or that is defamatory;
- promote or spread content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination, that sexualises minors, or that depicts abuse;
- harass, intimidate, impersonate or defraud any person or organisation;
- target a link you do not own or have no authority over, including to harm its owner (for example by triggering a platform's spam defences against them);
- manipulate markets, polls, elections, reviews or ratings where that is unlawful or deceptive;
- promote scams, malware, phishing, or the sale of goods or services that are illegal to sell;
- evade a ban, a limit or the affiliate rules with extra accounts;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or use it in any way that could harm it or other customers.
3. Platform rules
Each platform has its own rules about engagement, and some prohibit or limit what this Service delivers. Whether to order for a given platform, and the consequences on that platform, are your decision and your responsibility. We make no promise about how a platform will react.
4. If you resell
If you provide the Service to others through the API, you are responsible for their use as if it were your own, and you must apply this policy to them.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe the Service has been used against you or your property, write to [email protected] with the link, the approximate time and what happened. We act on credible reports.
6. Enforcement
We may refuse an order, stop a campaign, suspend or close an account, and withhold affiliate commission where this policy is broken. Where the law requires, we report. Money for orders not delivered is handled under the Refund Policy; money obtained by fraud is not returned.
