Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-22

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SMM.vc (the "Service"), operated by SMM.vc ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

We provide a way to order social media engagement — followers, likes, views, comments, website traffic and similar — for links you own or are authorised to promote, and to run such orders as campaigns across many links. Orders are fulfilled by partner delivery networks; the figures they report are shown to you as they arrive.

We do not operate the platforms you promote on, and we do not control how they count, display or later remove engagement.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You may not use the Service where doing so is unlawful for you, and you are responsible for knowing whether it is.
  • We may refuse, limit or close an account at our reasonable discretion, with the reasons set out in section 8.

3. Accounts

  • Keep your password and any API key secret. Everything done with them is treated as done by you.
  • One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts opened to get round a limit, a ban or the affiliate rules may be closed.
  • Give us an email address you can read: it is how we reach you about your money and your account.

4. Your responsibility and acceptable use

You are responsible for every link you submit and for having the right to promote it. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms; in short, no unlawful content, no harassment, no deception that harms others, nothing you are not entitled to promote, and compliance with the rules of the platform concerned is your affair, not ours.

5. Balance, pricing and payment

  • The Service is prepaid: you add funds to a balance and orders are charged from it. The price shown before you confirm is the price charged.
  • Prices change with availability. A change never affects an order already placed or a campaign's quoted budget.
  • A payment provider's fee is shown before you pay and added to the amount you send; what we credit is the amount agreed.
  • Balance is credit for ordering, not money held for you; section 5 of the Refund Policy says when unspent balance may be returned.

6. Refunds

The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In one line: whatever an order does not deliver comes back to your balance automatically; what was delivered is kept.

7. Availability

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not promise it. Delivery times are estimates. Networks can slow, pause or refuse a service without notice; when that happens the money for what was not delivered comes back under the Refund Policy, and that is the extent of our obligation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if a payment is disputed, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe the account is being used to harm others or the Service. Where we can, we tell you why. Unspent balance on a closed account is handled under the Refund Policy, except where it was obtained by fraud.

You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from your registered address.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and text belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use it as these Terms allow, and nothing more. You keep every right to the content you promote.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise about results on any platform: engagement can be counted, displayed, delayed or removed by the platform at its sole discretion, and a platform may act against an account for reasons of its own. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not stated here.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any action taken against you by a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will cover us for losses, claims and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, from content you submitted, or from your use of the Service in breach of a platform's rules or the law.

13. Compliance with the law

You will use the Service only in ways that are lawful where you are and where the content is published. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities as described in the Privacy Notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced on the changelog and take effect from the date shown there; continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance. The date at the top of this page is the current version.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.

16. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
